You will also need to fill out a Release Waiver to be mailed in with your registration form found HERE

We are located at 7720 Mount Zion Rd. Jetersville, VA. 23083

Our trails offer a variety of terrain including creek, pasture, woods and gravel roads.

Trails are self guided on private Hunt Club property.

Trails will be marked Short and Long rides.

Gates open at 10:00 A.M. Friday for Camping. Early arrivals welcome on Thursday after 12:00 Noon. It is a primitive site in an open field. There are no electric hook-ups. There is water, showers and horse wash at the barn.

No pre-saving/marking spots. Early arrivals must come with trailer, horses and be on site camping.

Current Negative Coggins REQUIRED and must be included with Registration and Waiver.

No Stallions, Please

There are water hydrants throughout the field.

Farrier on site and Veterinarian On Call.

Dogs are welcome on leash at campsites, but please, NO DOGS ON TRAILS!

You may ride out Friday after 12:00 Noon

The Ride begins at 10:00 A.M. Saturday morning.

There is an unorganized ride on Sunday.

Friday night Dinner OPTIONAL and cost is an additional $10.00.

Hotdogs and Hamburgers served on the trail Saturday.

Saturday night Dinner followed by music and dancing with DJ.

Breakfast offered Saturday and Sunday $5.00 each morning. Gospel group in the dining hall Sunday morning.

This is a Pre-Registration Ride. The Cost is $50 per rider and $35 for Youth 17 and under whether for the day or the entire weekend which includes Camping.

Registrations not post-marked by September 9, 2019 With Payment Enclosed - the cost is $10 additional per rider.

Part of the proceeds will be donated to the Boy Scouts of America.
